Madison is looking at transforming Regent Street into a “community main street” — a “destination, vibrant shopping street with a sense of place.” Could Middleton do the same with University Ave east of Park Street? Make it more pedestrian-friendly, with more of a sense of place? Good topic for a community conversation.
