Leadership Through Community Involvement

I volunteer with organizations like WayForward Resources because it’s something I feel called to do. Volunteering connects me to people from all walks of life, and it brings into focus what the needs are for some of the most vulnerable members of our society. Effective leadership begins with identifying what needs to be done, and it continues with engaging our community to do it. Volunteering helps make me a better leader.
